Body Measurement Guide
This size guide shows body measurements. We recommend ordering one size up if your measurements fall between two sizes.
For all horizontal measurements, keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
To the Chest
Place one end of the tape measure on the most prominent part of your chest and pass it down your back (under your armpits, above your shoulder blades) to the point where you started.
