🚚 Shipping – Pulp Specter

At Pulp Specter, we work with an on-demand production system . This means that each garment is made specifically for the customer at the time of ordering. As these are limited and exclusive editions , production and shipping times may vary slightly.

⏱️ Shipping times

• The total delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Production : normally between 2 and 4 business days.

  2. Shipping : varies by country, between 2 and 6 days, and the shipping option selected in Shopify at checkout.

When you confirm your order, Shopify will automatically display a delivery estimate based on your address and the available shipping method. This estimate takes into account both production and shipping times.

At Pulp Specter, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their order in optimal condition. All of our garments are made to order and undergo rigorous quality control before shipping . If an error or incident occurs, we guarantee a quick, no-cost solution.

Each product is part of an exclusive and limited edition in each country , which reinforces its unique and collectible character.

Due to this personalized nature, and in accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users , returns are not accepted for changes of opinion or for errors in the choice of size, color or model .

To avoid any issues with sizing, we provide all customers with a detailed Size Guide in the corresponding section for each product. We recommend reviewing it carefully before confirming your purchase.

✅ Cases in which we accept exchanges or returns

• Product with manufacturing defect .

• Error in printing or finishing of the item.

🔄 Return procedure

The customer must notify the incident within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, indicating the order number and a detailed description of the problem (attaching photographs whenever possible) via email to contact@pulpspecter.com .

Once the case has been verified, Pulp Specter will proceed, as appropriate, to replace the product free of charge or refund the full amount paid , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
